Questions about pricing
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly. With yearly billing the booked term applies, after which it continues flexibly.
What happens when I hit the invoice limit?
On the Starter plan you are notified once you reach 5 invoices and can upgrade to Business seamlessly. Existing invoices are kept.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — yearly billing saves you 20% compared with paying monthly.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown exclude statutory VAT.
Is the DATEV export included in the price?
Yes, on the Business and Enterprise plans. The export produces a DATEV Buchungsstapel (booking batch) file that Lexware and most other accounting software can also import.
Do I have to choose between XRechnung and ZUGFeRD?
No. Every plan produces both formats from the same invoice data — you choose which one to send per invoice, and can always download the other one too.
Do I need a credit card for the free Starter plan?
No. The Starter plan is free to use permanently, with no credit card required.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can switch between Starter, Business, and Enterprise at any time from your account.
